Brooke White blogs again, and this time it’s with news about a magazine cover she just shot:
…Just wanted to update y’all about something kinda fun, I just received this photo of my first magazine cover, from the editor of Eliza Magazine! She said it was completely cool to put it up here on myspace before it releases as next month’s Fall Issue. Eliza Magazine is a gorgeous magazine dedicated to modest high fashion as well as other interesting and relevant topics, I love it because it is SO classy. As you can imagine I was so excited when they asked me to be apart of the Fall Issue, I had a great experience on the shoot… the clothes were very fall-ish…lovely and feminine, the photographer (Angela Pierce) is amazing, and then I just recently caught up with Gretta for the interview while I’ve been on the road.
The eyeshadow is a bit…harsh…in the photo, but otherwise–pretty!
As a side note, Brooke addresses rumors that she’s been sick. She says she’s been feeling just fine, thank you very much..

So, you know that movie called Shallow Hal? Where Jack Black sees people for what they look like on the inside? Like how he saw this ugly chick with gross hair and stuff but her real appearance was beautiful even though she was a bitch.
If Shallow Hal saw Brooke- she’d look the same. I absolutely love her.

I think she looks really pretty on that cover - like a porcelain doll. :) Her eye makeup’s just perfect for Fall. It’s nice that she’s trying out new things. She seems stoked about it in her blog.
wow–that undereye liner is racoonlike. Great for brooke, but to me, it doesn’t look that much like her. i think of her as more natural with the curly locks down and all.

Brooke is a beautiful woman. She doesn’t need all that makeup to be beautiful, but she does need it for that type of a magazine’s cover. I just happen to prefer her more natural look…it goes with her personality much better I think.
I hope so. She and Jason needs to be signed. But it figures 19E won’t sign them.. they seem to have a tunnelview perspective on success. They’ve only signed certain types these past years, specifically - blonde country girls.
I hope some other label picks them up though.

It is a lot of eye make-up, but honestly I had never noticed how beautiful her eyes are until they accentuated them like that. Wow. Gorgeous.

I like the other pictures of her better than the cover but she is stunning! I think Big and Sexy hair products needs to jump on the Brooke Bandwagon!
waaaaay too much eye makeup…she doesn’t look like Brooke- but I guess they are going for a high fashion look.
Wow Brooke looks fabulous although I like her natural beauty too. This must have been so fun for her and what an honor. This is a classy sexy cover - much better than the crotch shots and boob-showing Kat McPhee does.
Please someone - sign Brooke and Jason - I still see them both selling well with their unique voices and styles!

She looks fantastic. I really admire the fact that she is modeling for a modest fashion magazine. If you’ll notice, you will never see Brooke in ANYTHING immodest. She is so classy and just such a good person. We should all try to be a little more like her…she knows exactly who she is and doesn’t change for anybody.
Great opportunity for Brooke. I miss her clean, fresh faced beauty, and lusicios hair, but the picture is good. Go Brooke.
